ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AS IS. ALL CLAIMS HAVE TO BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. All items listed on the packing slip remain then property of the seller until paid in full. Positively no credit allowed for merchandise returned without prior authorization in writing. Acceptance by the carrier will constitute delivery in good order. All claims for conditions to the contrary must be made with the carrier.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold U.S. Military Tents harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site or your violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.

MISCELLANEOUS

Unless otherwise specified, U.S. Military Tents displays this Site and the Contents solely to market and promote U.S. Military Tents products and services in the United States.
